Web application MBX enables an insight into orders and order lists or microbiological laboratories results immediately after they are entered into the information system (MBL). The application is designed for doctors in hospitals, primary health centres and private practitioners. MBX currently supports the examination control and result review, however we are also planning to develop a possibility of electronic ordering. Currently the system includes the Institute of Microbiology and Immunology Ljubljana and four regional institutes of public health.
