ISOZ21 is an integrated Primary Healthcare Information System developed to support administrative and expert work in primary health clinics. It enables keeping records of work performed, calculates its price, creates invoices and all necessary daily, monthly and annual reports. Patients immediately receive a prescription, referral, test report, invoice or other required documentation. Using ISOZ21 the doctor creates an electronic patient data record - besides simple access to basic patient data the program also provides an overview of critical data (diagnoses, allergies, medication), enables monitoring of patients’ health issues and editing the registry of chronically ill; work with medications (prescribring and prescription printing, continuous therapy editing, etc..).

In SRC Infonet we are constantly implementing new additions and upgrades to the ISOZ21 information system in order to satisfy the requirements of the profession, business partners and government institutions at all times. Due to the wide range of potential users, we have already developed a number of specialized solutions for certain activities (e.g. general clinics, dental clinics, gynecological clinics, occupational medicine clinics, physical therapy, home care service, rescue services). Moreover, ISOZ21 can be linked into a complete IT solution with specialized software products for work support in the laboratory (e.g. L@b-IS®), radiological information systems (e.g. iRIS21) and similar. With the development of a communication platform medGateway we also set up the necessary infrastructure for document exchange (referrals, orders, results, discharge letters, etc.) with other medical institutions and between individual healthcare providers.

Most used general tools in ISOZ21 are:

• Patient identification, access to patient archives.
• Managing of e- scheduling and waiting list.
• Work invoicing and simple creation of different lists and reports.
• Simplified monthly billing using the program RAF.
• Electronic data and document exchange with the Health Insurance Institute of Slovenia, Institutes of Public Health and other doctors.
• Use of many catalogs and codes (e.g. ICD-10, Green Paper), gathering of data on providers, price lists and other databases.
• Problem list and register of chronic patients.
• Monitoring of categorization of nursing care.
• Image and audio material archiving.

ISOZ21 is used in more than half of the Slovenian health centers and one third of private practices in Slovenia, including:
