The web application ePatient enables scheduling examinations at any time and anywhere - the only condition is access to the Internet. Using the solution ePatient we can avoid long queues at the clinics and busy telephone lines, since scheduling is only possible for specified hours or time periods. The solution also enables controlled, safe, reliable and legal delivery of documents: from a patient to personal physicians and specialists or hospitals and vice versa; moreover, it also provides formal legal document storage in the appropriate repository.

The order sent on-line by a patient into your institution, is automatically transferred into BIRPIS21/ISOZ21. This eliminates additional administrative work of healthcare personnel, because it is not necessary to transfer patients manually into the programs BIRPIS21/ISOZ21. Also, all double-entries of basic patient data are eliminated. A list of scheduled patients is displayed in the window of electronically schedulled patients, from where it is possible to transfer patients into the scheduling with a single click. The application ePatient enables better control over scheduling, since it is not possible for patients to schedule their appointments on several different dates.

The patient receives information about his appointment on his personal e-mail address or receives an SMS message. The status of his appointment may also be monitored through the web application.
