In healthcare facilities it is required to keep detailed records on patients and their treatment, as well as the resulting services and costs. Administration department whose organization may vary (central, divisional or other) is most often responsible to maintain records, however, in any case patient admission and scheduling, accounting, invoicing, etc. need to be taken care of.

Our solutions support most of these processes, regardless of the manner of keeping records, including keeping cash-registers in different currencies, monitoring the current deposits of documents (archives), updating scheduling, etc. Entering and printing patient’s documents are adjusted with settings according to requirements of each institution individually. Entering of common texts can be simplified by setting of predefined text. Already the basic programs (e.g. BIRPIS21, ISOZ21) offer many possibilities of printouts and data analyses by various criteria, but additional options for reports are provided by our specially designed tool K22.

It is not necessary that the documentation exists on paper - in fact, we are constantly striving towards reducing the amount of paper documents. Our solutions already allow scanning of documents and attaching electronic records (e.g. electronic X-ray images, CT scans from CDs, video records). For this purpose we developed a specialized solution iRIS21, designed to control images or videos produced in the functional diagnostics.

For entering texts from dictaphones our solutions support storage of audio records directly with other data regarding patient treatment. Recently, we are intensively developing electronic speech recognition in our applications and also preparing for the next step towards paperless business - storing documents in the electronic form only using our software solutions for an integrated document management system.
